1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, installing the BreadBrowser extension, or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use BreadBrowser.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use BreadBrowser. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

If you are using BreadBrowser on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To use BreadBrowser, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. How BreadBrowser Works

BreadBrowser is a browser extension that displays sponsored video ads to users. By watching these ads, you earn "Bread" points that can be redeemed for real money via PayPal or digital gift cards.

4.1 Earning Bread

  • You earn Bread by watching ads served through the extension
  • The amount of Bread earned per ad varies based on advertiser rates and your location
  • We reserve the right to modify earning rates at any time
  • Bread has no cash value until you redeem it for a payout

4.2 Payouts

  • Minimum payout threshold: $1.00 USD (or equivalent)
  • Payout methods: PayPal, Amazon gift cards, Visa gift cards, and other options as available
  • Payouts are typically processed within 24-48 hours of request
  • We reserve the right to hold or deny payouts suspected of fraud or abuse
  • You are responsible for any fees charged by payment processors or tax obligations

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use bots, scripts, or automation to artificially inflate ad views or earnings
  • Create multiple accounts to earn more Bread (one account per person)
  • Manipulate, interfere with, or reverse-engineer the extension or service
  • Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person
  • Use VPNs or location spoofing to falsify your location for higher earnings
  • Engage in click fraud or any activity that violates advertiser policies
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of earnings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with BreadBrowser are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

The BreadBrowser extension is provided under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

7. Privacy and Data

Your use of BreadBrowser is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy and our Transparency Promise.

8. Third-Party Services

BreadBrowser integrates with third-party services including:

  • Ad networks (to serve sponsored content)
  • Payment processors (PayPal, gift card providers)
  • Analytics and fraud prevention tools

We are not responsible for the policies or practices of these third parties. Your use of their services is subject to their own terms and conditions.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

BreadBrowser is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Ads will always be available or that earnings will remain consistent
  • Any particular payout method will remain available

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BreadBrowser and its operators shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
  • Service interruptions, bugs, or technical issues
  • Actions taken by third-party advertisers or payment processors

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of BreadBrowser shall not exceed the amount you earned through the service in the 30 days prior to the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is less.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BreadBrowser, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your use of the service
  • Your violation of any rights of another party

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of BreadBrowser after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes via email or extension notification.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Inactivity for an extended period
  • Any other reason at our discretion

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contact@breadbrowser.xyz. Upon termination, any remaining Bread balance below the minimum payout threshold will be forfeited.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of BreadBrowser shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where prohibited by law.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
